This approval from the NAHB Research Center provides third party verification that Superior Walls Xi and R-5 Insulated Precast Concrete Walls comply with specific product green practice criteria as outlined in the National Green Building Standard.

This highly recognized certification program is offered by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Points can be awarded in several different categories called “practices” as outlined in the National Green Building Standard. The ICC 700-2008 National Green Building Standard was first published in January of 2009 after it received approval by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) on January 29, 2009.  You may purchase a copy at www.iccsafe.org .  The Standard encompasses all types of residential construction including single-family, multifamily, the lots and sites for residential construction, and remodeling of and additions to existing residential buildings.
