The 3,353-square foot home was one of 56 homes created for the 32nd Annual Parade of Homes sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties (HBADOC) in October. As a result of the exceptional construction of the home, the entry from Absolute Construction and Development LLC received a gold medal.
